A national nonprofit organization is seeking a talented, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate its brand and bring its mission to life through compelling visual content. This role will help connect with families, engage donors, inspire volunteers, and strengthen brand awareness through creative marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Create compelling designs:

Develop marketing materials, including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, promotional items, and campaign assets.

• Maintain brand consistency:

Ensure creative materials align with brand guidelines, organizational mission, and values.

• Collaborate and create:

Partner with the Marketing team on campaigns, events, programs, and organizational initiatives.

• Enhance the digital experience:

Design and update website pages to create a cohesive, engaging user experience in collaboration with a Programmer/Developer.

• Manage multiple projects:

Prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.

• Stay current:

Keep up with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• At least three years of hands-on graphic design experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Canva and other professional design tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
