Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT)
Company: Renew PT & Wellness Location: 3480 Spring Hill Avenue, Mobile, AL 36608 Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Day Shift, Monday-Friday (No weekends or on-call required).
Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 per year (Commensurate with experience).

The Outpatient Setting & Caseload:
- Manageable Patient Volume: Low, patient-centric caseload of only 8-10 patients per day so you can focus on top-quality care.
- Dedicated Support: You will have dedicated help from a Physical Therapy Technician who helps provide outstanding care and keeps your workflow seamless.
- Clinical Focus: Outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, and post-surgical rehabilitation, vestibular and concussion care.
- Streamlined Documentation: Fast, compliant, and efficient charting using the WebPT EMR system.
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate & Treat: Conduct thorough initial patient evaluations and design individualized, evidence-based orthopedic treatment plans.
- Deliver Top-Quality Care: Provide precise manual therapy, therapeutic exercise guidance, and functional interventions tailored to patient-specific goals.
- Collaborate: Utilize clinical support staff effectively, working alongside your Physical Therapy Technician to optimize patient movement and clinic flow.
- Track Outcomes: Maintain accurate, timely daily patient records within the WebPT platform.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MSPT).
- Licensure: Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Alabama.
- Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification.
- Experience: All experience levels are welcome to apply—including highly motivated new graduates looking for strong clinical growth and mentorship!
