Nurse Practitioner – Per Diem

Location: Burlington MA

Job Type: Per Diem NP to support as needed. Min 4 hours guaranteed for the days service is needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and highly skilled Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our premier medical spa team. This role focuses on advanced body contouring, facial rejuvenation, and specialized injectable treatments in a high-end, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Body Contouring: Perform non-invasive treatments using a Multi-Platform Aesthetic Workstation, expertly navigating integrated Radiofrequency (RF), Low-Level Laser (LLLT), and Vacuum Suction technologies to reduce fat and tighten skin.
• Patient Consultations: Conduct comprehensive assessments to design personalized treatment plans for cellulite reduction and lymphatic drainage, ensuring safe and effective protocols for optimal aesthetic outcomes.
• Specialized Injectables: Perform advanced scalp injections using stem cell therapy /PRP to address hair restoration and skin health.
• Clinical Oversight: Monitor patient progress, manage follow-up care, and adjust treatment plans to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Emergency Management: Maintain a working knowledge of product storage, application, and the analysis/treatment of clinical complications or emergencies.
• Future Integration: Proactively master emerging aesthetic modalities and next-generation medical devices as the Med Spa expands its innovative service menu.
• Patient Experience: Provide clear, empathetic communication to answer patient concerns and maintain a high standard of professional care.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the commonwealth of MA (Required).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of NP experience.
• Clinical Skills: Strong knowledge of injection techniques (Botox, PRP, Stem Cell therapy) and medical spa services.
• Professionalism: Absolute reliability is a must, paired with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with a diverse patient base.
