Job Title : Product Manager Product Innovation & AI Solutions Experience : 8+ Years Location : Remote Role Overview We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Product Manager with experience launching and scaling software products from scratch. The candidate should possess strong product thinking, startup mindset, customer obsession, and the ability to translate market needs into successful product offerings.

The Product Manager will own the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy while driving AI-enabled product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery.
• Collaborate with founders, customers, and engineering teams to identify opportunities.
• Convert business requirements into product requirements and user stories.
• Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Drive MVP definition and execution for startup products.
• Prioritize backlog based on customer value and business impact.
• Define KPIs, product success metrics, and growth strategies.
• Work closely with engineering, architecture, UX, and QA teams.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI, Automation, Analytics, and Predictive Intelligence into products.
• Monitor customer adoption and continuously improve products based on data and feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related area.
• 8+ years in Product Management.
• Proven experience building products from concept to launch.
• Experience working in startup or scaling product companies.
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean Product Development.
• Strong business analysis and market assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS, B2B, Healthcare, HRTech, FinTech, or Enterprise Products.
• Exposure to AI/ML-based products.
• Experience working with global customers.
• Product certifications preferred.
