Outpatient Physical Therapist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of physical conditions, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the specific needs of each patient.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, including discharge planning for inpatient settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Experience

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Previous experience in an outpatient clinical setting is preferred.
• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Indiana
• Excellent communication skills are necessary for educating patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• A commitment to providing compassionate care while fostering a positive environment for patients is crucial for success in this role.

Salary

Starting at $85,000 per year. Salary commensurate with experience.
