About Us

Reignbow Brain Treatment Center is an interventional clinic. We provide EEG-guided TMS, qEEG brain mapping, psychotherapy, and we are now expanding into Spravato (esketamine) and IV ketamine therapy. We treat depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, TBI, and autism spectrum conditions.

Our equipment is FDA-cleared, and we build every patient’s protocol from their own brain data.

We are growing quickly and need a PMHNP who can run the clinical side of all three service lines on day one. This is not an entry-level role and not a role for someone looking to learn interventional psychiatry on the job.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and TMS consultations, and determine candidacy for TMS, Spravato, and ketamine
• Prescribe and manage Spravato treatment under the REMS program, including in-clinic administration, the 2-hour monitoring period, vitals, sedation and dissociation assessment, and REMS documentation
• Oversee IV ketamine infusions, including patient screening, dosing, monitoring, and managing adverse events
• Review qEEG findings and work with the team on individualized TMS protocols, including seizure risk screening and medication review
• Manage psychiatric medications for patients across all programs
• Complete documentation and insurance-required paperwork, such as prior authorizations, treatment plans, and PHQ-9/GAD-7 tracking
• Help build clinical protocols and SOPs as we launch Spravato and ketamine

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Board-certified PMHNP (ANCC) with an active, unrestricted Illinois APRN license
• Active DEA registration, including Schedule III, plus an Illinois controlled substance license
• At least 2 year of experience as a practicing psychiatric NP
• Hands-on clinical experience with Spravato. You must have prescribed, administered, or monitored treatment, and you must know the REMS requirements.
• Hands-on clinical experience with IV ketamine, including administration or monitoring
• Experience in a TMS clinic, including consultations, candidacy screening, or treatment oversight
• Current BLS. ACLS is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Applicants who do not meet every requirement above will not be considered. Please do not apply if you lack direct Spravato, ketamine, and TMS experience.

Preferred

• Illinois full practice authority, or eligibility for it
• Experience with qEEG or EEG-guided TMS
• Experience in a startup or growing practice
• Insurance and prior authorization experience with BCBS, UHC, Aetna, or Cigna
