A respected skilled nursing facility is seeking a caring and dedicated Occupational Therapist to help residents improve daily function and quality of life.

Your Focus:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Improve residents' activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Work closely with nursing, therapy, and physician teams
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

✔ Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

✔ Active Arkansas OT License

✔ Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

✔ Excellent clinical assessment and communication abilities
