Rehab Group is a privately owned Physical Therapy company that has proudly served the Lakeway area since 1999. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and entrepreneurial-minded Physical Therapist to join our team!

Position Details

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Primary location: Morristown, TN
• Occasional coverage at our Dandridge, TN clinic
• Must be willing and able to work between both clinic locations as needed

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality, individualized physical therapy care in an outpatient setting.
• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Establish appropriate treatment goals and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Tennessee Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Passion for helping people improve their mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow professionally.
• Willingness to work between our Morristown and Dandridge locations as needed.
