Senior Technical Product Manager - Clinical Integrations

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead our Clinical Integrations team, which owns the clinical data foundation that powers Regard. This team is responsible for ingesting data from EHR systems, transforming it into a consistent clinical model, and maintaining the concepts and mappings that make that data usable across our product.

You’ll ensure that clinical data is complete, timely, and accurate so that teams and products across Regard can build on a trusted foundation.

You’ll own the product strategy for the infrastructure that makes these capabilities possible, working closely with a team of engineers and clinical subject\-matter experts, along with product teams across the company, to define roadmaps, set data quality standards, and turn complex integration and normalization challenges into a reliable, well\-understood service.

**Responsibilities:**

• Lead the Clinical Integrations team, owning the roadmap for data ingestion and normalization (completeness, latency, accuracy, cost), the clinical concept library (the taxonomy that powers clinical data standardization), and the shared data models that define how clinical entities are represented across the platform
• Scale and stabilize ingestion infrastructure in partnership with engineering as data volume and source diversity grow
• Own the data normalization layer, ensuring all downstream products receive consistent, standardized clinical data regardless of the source system
• Coordinate with clinical subject\-matter experts to maintain and expand the concept library by triaging requests for new concepts, hierarchy updates, and synonym coverage
• Define and enforce SLAs for data completeness, accuracy, latency, and cost that downstream services can depend on
• Act as an advocate for users and downstream product teams by understanding their workflows, pain points, and evolving data needs, and translating them into priorities for the Clinical Integrations roadmap
• Prioritize pipeline reliability, concept library maintenance, and new integration capabilities among competing priorities
• Monitor service health and iterate to improve fetch performance, mapping accuracy, concept coverage, and overall data quality

**Minimum Qualifications:**

• 4\+ years of product management experience in a SaaS company
• BS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Technical comfort with data pipelines, ETL/ELT patterns, APIs, and schema design
• Experience owning an integration, ingestion, or data normalization product
• Experience owning an internal API or platform service with internal teams as customers
• Hands\-on and detail\-oriented; able to dig into data issues and understand root causes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable collaborating with engineers, subject\-matter experts, and cross\-functional product teams
• Service\-oriented and forward\-looking; focused on reliability, completeness, and the experience of the teams that depend on your product

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Healthtech experience: EHR integrations, clinical data pipelines, or clinical data standards (HL7, FHIR, CDA). Familiarity with HIPAA compliance
• Experience with taxonomy, ontology, or reference data management
• Experience with data warehouses, cloud platforms, and infrastructure scaling

**Hybrid Work \| Location \| Work Authorization**

• For this role, Regard is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, and are within the New York City metro area, San Francisco Bay Area, or Los Angeles
• Our expectation for this role is to be in the office 3 days per week. We also require more frequent in\-office work during the onboarding period and team onsite weeks up to once per month.
• We will provide relocation assistance to anyone who does not already reside in the NYC metro area

Compensation

Range: $185K \- $205K
