Responsibilities:

The Training Specialist is the person who translates every technical capability the Enterprise Knowledge Management program deploys into usable knowledge for 70,000 Special Operations Force personnel. T

he Training Specialist builds the actual training content — curricula, job aids, videos, quick reference guides, instructor-led courses, virtual sessions, and self-paced modules — and delivers or coordinates delivery across all 13+ sites and classification levels.

Qualifications:

• ACTIVE

Secret or TS/SCI clearance

• Four (4)+ years of

designing and delivering IT or knowledge management training in a DoD or federal environment

• Four (4)+ years of d

emonstrated use of a structured instructional design model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation)

and/or

SAM (Successive Approximation Model);

rapid prototyping, or agile instructional design; ability to develop training quickly for emerging capabilities without sacrificing quality

• Four (4)+ years of experience developing

complete training curricula in multiple formats; development of learning objectives, lesson plans, instructional materials, assessments, and evaluator guides to be delivered via instructor-led (ILT), virtual instructor-led (VILT), self-paced/eLearning, job aids, quick reference guides (QRGs)

• Four (4)+ years of utilizing M365, SharePoint, and/or Power Platform for technical training content development
• Four (4)+ years of

xperience designing and executing train-the-trainer programs implementing T3 concepts; facilitator guides, certification criteria, observation/feedback cycles, quality assurance for distributed trainers.

• Four (4)+ years of

experience

building and implementing training analytics dashboards in Power BI — completion rates by site/role, assessment scores, satisfaction ratings, content usage analytics

• Four (4)+ years of experience communicating professionally, concisely, and directly in a high tempo mission-driven environment
• CompTIA Security+ certification

Pay:

$90,000 - $150,000.00 per year
