Product Designer - UI/UX (Onsite)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Designer for a high-growth creator platform based in New York City (backed by top-tier brands like Uber, Capital One, and Dr Pepper). This role will own the product design end-to-end—from complex B2B brand dashboards to the creator mobile app.

You will work directly alongside fast-executing engineers to turn messy customer problems into live, shipped features.

Location & Hiring Priority

NYC-based candidates are strongly preferred for an immediate hire (relocation assistance is provided for top candidates outside NYC).

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design across our brand web dashboard, creator iOS/Android app, and marketing touchpoints.
• Transform complex data systems into intuitive UI (analytics, campaign performance, payout queues).
• Manage and scale our Figma design system in sync with live code components.
• Utilize modern AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0) for ultra-fast prototyping and workflow automation.

What We Are Looking For:

• 4+ years of professional software/product design experience.
• Figma Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of auto layout, variables, components, and interactive flows.
• Data-Heavy UI Experience: Proven background in B2B SaaS dashboards and consumer mobile applications.
• AI-Native Workflow: Hands-on experience using AI tools to design and ship faster.
• US Work Authorization: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder (Visa sponsorship is not available).
• Onsite Presence: Ability to work 5 days a week in person at Cooper Square, NYC.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $165,000 –$220,000/year
• Equity: Up to 1% Equity
