- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment records.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of behavioral health professionals to support comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with licensing requirements and organizational policies.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current, active Utah Occupational Therapist license.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders preferred.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills.
- A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for helping individuals build healthier, more independent lives.
