Recover Pro Health & Wellness in Monroe Township, NJ is a growing, cash based sports and rehab clinic. PT, OT, chiropractic and exercise physiology work together under one roof, with a full gym and turf on site. Our mission is simple: take active people from pain to performance, without surgery and without insurance deciding their care.

We’re the opposite of the 15 minute insurance mill. Every new patient gets an hour long, one on one evaluation, and the clinician builds the plan of care, not a payer.

We’re hiring our next full time Performance Physical Therapist. If you want to treat one on one, in a fitness forward clinic, with patients who actually want to be there, this is for you. You’ll take people from pain back to lifting, running and playing, and keep them strong after they finish care.

Your patients are active adults who show up invested in getting better: lifters, runners, golfers, weekend warriors, competitive athletes and busy professionals who want to get back to training. Most are 30 to 60 and choose cash pay because they want the best care, not the cheapest.

Preferred: 1+ year of outpatient sports or orthopedic experience. CSCS, OCS or SCS a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Run hour long, one on one evaluations and write the plan of care the same day
• Turn evaluations into plans of care by showing patients why the plan matters and helping them commit. We train you on this
• Treat with hands on care, progressive loading and our tools: shockwave, Class IV laser, force plates and a full recovery suite
• Give every patient an experience worth a five star review
• Move patients who finish care into our membership so they stay strong
• Help with marketing: shoot content for our ads and represent Recover Pro at community and athletic events

What You’ll

Own:

• A full schedule of active, cash pay patients
• 40% or more of evaluations starting a plan of care
• 3 new Google reviews a month
• Patients who finish care moving into membership

What We’re Looking For:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy with a New Jersey PT license, or license eligible before your start date
• You train yourself. Lifting, running or a sport is part of your life
• Fitness forward treatment approach with a strength and conditioning background
• Comfortable talking with patients about cost, value and commitment to care
• Comfortable on camera
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
• Works with urgency on patient care and on growing the clinic
• Coachable and wants to be pushed, clinically and in their career
• Motivated, dependable, results driven and great with people
• Excited to grow into a bigger role as we add providers
