• As a Lead Software Engineer, candidates will design and develop multiagent orchestration platforms, intelligent automation solutions, and enable AI solutions that streamline workflows, accelerate delivery, and enable reusable AI capabilities across the organization.
• Candidates will work at the intersection of software engineering, Generative AI, and automation to create scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Build and enhance multiagent AI orchestration platform and automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprisegrade full\-stack applications supporting AI\-powered experiences.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
• Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.

**Required Qualifications:**

**Full\-Stack Development:**

• 7 plus years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.

**Generative AI Engineering:**

• 2 plus years of handson experience building Generative AI applications.
• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing agentbased workflows, automation, and AI\-powered solutions.

**Enterprise Application Development:**

• 5 plus years designing and building scalable, secure, highperformance enterprise applications.

**Agile and Self\-Starter Mindset:**

• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• 2 plus years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.
• Experience with cloudnative architecture, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.

**In this contingent resource assignment, candidates may:**

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and largescale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multifaceted, larger scale or longer\-term Software Engineering challenges that require in\-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

**Required Qualifications:**

• 5 plus years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
