About this role

Pediatric Home Health RN – GAPP

Location: Hampton, GA 30228Pay: $50/hour

ReadyMed Medical Solutions is seeking a compassionate, experienced RN to provide skilled pediatric in-home care.

Key Responsibilities:

Respiratory and tracheostomy care
G-tube feeding and medication administration
Seizure monitoring
Mobility and wheelchair assistance
Daily care and infection prevention
Caregiver education and nursing documentation

Qualifications:

Active Georgia RN license
Current BLS/CPR certification (PALS preferred)
Minimum 2 years of pediatric, respiratory, or home health experience
Experience with trach care and G-tube feeding preferred
