Are you passionate about helping children build confidence, gain independence, and discover what they can do? Ready, Set, Grow! Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to help expand our pediatric services!

We are an outpatient pediatric therapy practice focused on meaningful progress through individualized care, play, and family involvement. Join our occupational and speech therapy team to help children develop skills that make a difference in their everyday lives.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate children’s strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and gross motor development.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with functional, measurable goals.
• Provide engaging, play-based treatment tailored to each child’s needs.
• Support skills such as sitting, crawling, walking, running, jumping, and navigating everyday environments.
• Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support progress at home.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, families, and other care providers.
• Complete timely evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure before starting.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills.
• A compassionate, creative approach to working with children of varying abilities.
• A commitment to family-centered care and teamwork.
