Raleigh Therapy Services (RTS) is seeking a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our established, therapist-owned private practice in Raleigh, NC!

We provide occupational, speech, physical, and feeding therapy services to children from birth through age 21 throughout the Triangle, both in our Raleigh clinic and in community-based settings.

Compensation is based on completed patient visits rather than a traditional hourly wage. Additional compensation opportunities may be available based on productivity and other eligible services.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to children with a variety of developmental, sensory processing, fine motor, self-care, and functional needs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other members of the therapy team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress.
• Educate families on strategies to support their child's development and functional independence.
• Participate in team collaboration, clinical learning, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Commitment to providing high-quality, family-centered pediatric care
• Pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred, but not required
• Pediatric feeding experience is a plus, but not required

New graduates and therapists transitioning into pediatrics are encouraged to apply!
