About this role

Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

Raleigh Pediatric Speech & Occupational Therapy

Raleigh, NC (North Hills Area) | Full-Time | Clinic-Based

Salary: $72,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience

Are you a pediatric occupational therapist looking for a supportive team, a consistent schedule, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact?

Raleigh Pediatric Speech & Occupational Therapy is growing, and we're looking for an occupational therapist to join our team!

You'll work alongside our current occupational therapist, Sarah, providing individualized therapy to children ages 1–18, with a focus on sensory processing, feeding, fine motor development, and self-regulation.

Whether you're an experienced pediatric OT or a new graduate looking for mentorship, we'd love to meet you!

About Our Practice

We're a locally owned pediatric therapy practice that values collaboration, clinical independence, and strong relationships with the families we serve.

Our newly renovated clinic features an OT-designed sensory gym, along with dedicated spaces for fine motor development, feeding therapy, and emotional regulation.

Our team includes speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists who work together to support the whole child.

We believe therapists do their best work when they feel supported, have the resources they need, and have a voice in the development of their programs.

We're looking for someone who wants to be part of that environment and help us continue growing our occupational therapy services.

What You'll Do

  • Provide individualized pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatment.
  • Maintain a minimum of 27 completed patient visits per week to meet full-time productivity expectations.
  • Collaborate with families through parent education, home programming, and ongoing communication.
  • Work closely with our speech-language pathologists to coordinate care.
  • Participate in weekly collaboration and mentorship meetings with Sarah.
  • Help expand our occupational therapy services, including a planned daycare partnership beginning in fall 2027.
  • Contribute ideas and help shape the continued growth of our OT program.

Your Schedule

We offer two full-time scheduling options:

Option 1: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Option 2: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Both options have the same minimum productivity expectation of 27 completed visits per week.

Your schedule is established when you begin, providing consistency for you and the families you serve.

We also provide:

  • One hour of dedicated documentation and administrative time built into your workday.
  • A separate lunch break.
  • No weekend requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

$72,000–$75,000 annual salary, based on experience.

We believe therapists should have the time and resources to provide quality care without taking documentation home.

Our benefits include:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Dedicated paid documentation, evaluation report-writing, and administrative time
  • Continuing education stipend
  • Paid professional license renewal
  • Budget for therapy materials and standardized assessments
  • Administrative support for scheduling, insurance credentialing, and authorizations
  • Weekly one-hour collaboration and mentorship with our occupational therapist
  • An established referral base and opportunities for professional growth
