About this role

Employer-provided description, formatted for easier reading.

Rafi Law Group is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and dependable Junior Graphic Designer to support the everyday design needs of its growing Brand \& Marketing department.

This is a high\-volume, execution\-focused design position. A significant part of the role will involve creating and maintaining the foundational materials the firm needs throughout the day: business stationery, internal flyers, newsletters, email blasts, social media posts, presentation materials, YouTube graphics, and other routine brand requests.

These assignments may not always be major advertising campaigns, but they are highly visible, frequently time\-sensitive, and essential to keeping the organization professional, consistent, and moving forward.

The right candidate should enjoy getting work completed, staying organized, managing a steady flow of requests, and making sure even the most basic materials are accurate and on\-brand. This person does not need to know everything on day one. We can teach processes and production standards.

What matters most is a strong design foundation, attention to detail, dependability, coachability, and the willingness to work.

**What this role will involve**

  • Producing a steady volume of everyday graphic design requests.
  • Creating and updating business cards, letterhead, envelopes, folders, email signatures, forms, and other business stationery.
  • Designing internal flyers, employee announcements, office notices, recruiting materials, event information, and company communications.
  • Creating graphics and layouts for email newsletters and promotional email blasts.\-
  • Designing social media posts and supporting assets for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Creating YouTube thumbnails, cover graphics, digital banners, and platform\-specific artwork.
  • Updating existing templates with new information, dates, photographs, names, locations, or campaign details.
  • Resizing and adapting approved designs into multiple formats.
  • Supporting presentations, office materials, signage, merchandise, events, and community initiatives.
  • Making text corrections, photo changes, revisions, and final production updates.
  • Preparing accurate files for printers, vendors, media partners, and digital platforms.
  • Organizing logos, photographs, templates, working files, final exports, and archived projects.
  • Tracking assignments, deadlines, revisions, and approvals.
  • Managing multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Supporting larger campaigns and higher\-level creative projects when time and experience allow.

**What we are looking for**

  • A portfolio demonstrating solid design fundamentals and creative potential.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or comparable design tools.
  • Understanding of typography, color, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
  • Exceptional organization and file\-management habits.
  • Strong attention to spelling, names, dates, dimensions, and production details.
  • Ability to work quickly without becoming careless.
  • Ability to manage repetitive assignments with the same care given to larger projects.
  • Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Willingness to receive direction, ask questions, make revisions, and learn from feedback.
  • Highly motivated, dependable, open\-minded, and ready to contribute wherever needed.
  • Awareness of Phoenix and Arizona culture, including local sports, music, entertainment, community events, and current trends

**Major advantages**

  • Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are a major advantage but are not required.
  • Experience designing newsletters, email campaigns, business stationery, internal communications, or social media assets.
  • Experience working with multicultural audiences or community\-focused brands.
  • Familiarity with social media, sports, music, entertainment, streetwear, or event marketing.
  • Interest in photography, video, content creation, or AI\-assisted creative tools

**Success in this role**

Success means becoming the dependable person the department can count on to complete its essential design work accurately and on time. This person will help prevent smaller creative needs from piling up, keep the Rafi brand consistent across the organization, and create additional capacity for the senior creative team to focus on larger campaigns and strategic projects.

As the individual develops stronger skills and greater independence, there will be opportunities to contribute to larger creative assignments and grow within the department.
