Full-Stack Developer — AI & Automation

Build internal applications, improve our website, and create AI-powered automations for research, reporting, and business workflows. We’re looking for someone highly proficient at directing AI agents to deliver reliable, practical results. Strong AI skills and a solid technical foundation matter more than deep specialization in every part of the stack.

You should have working projects to demonstrate; we can teach our specific systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal tools and the company website.
• Build AI agents and workflows for research, analysis, reporting, and business automation.
• Connect applications, APIs, databases, and business systems.
• Build and maintain MCP servers and integrations.
• Use AI agents for development, testing, and security review, taking responsibility for the quality and reliability of the finished work.
• Manage deployments, authentication, permissions, and reliability.
• Provide routine software troubleshooting as a secondary responsibility.

Required experience

• High proficiency directing AI coding agents through Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or Cursor.
• Applications or AI workflows you have personally built and can demonstrate.
• Foundational experience with Vercel, Supabase, Google Cloud, Google authentication, hosting, and APIs.
• Familiarity with MCP protocols.
• Practical knowledge of web applications, databases, APIs, Git, debugging, and testing to understand, troubleshoot, and maintain the systems you build.
• Ability to understand and modify generated code, validate AI output, and protect business data.

Preferred

Experience building MCP servers or integrations, Google Workspace integrations, e-commerce, Google Ads, or Amazon Seller Central.

Tools provided

RADWAG USA provides the approved AI tools, development software, and cloud/platform access needed for the role.
