Occupational Therapist

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient home based therapy team. Radius Therapy, LLC treats clients in thier own home. Clients do not need to be homebound as we provide outpatient services in the client's home.

Extremely flexible schedule! You will be able to schedule patients on your time and be in control of the size of your caseload. We primarily serve the geriatric and adult population and have several specialty areas.

The Occupational Therapist provides skilled occupational therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results of patients. They will assure continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs; instructing patients, recommending and/or providing assistive equipment; recommending follow-up programs.

Promptly and thoroughly documents and maintains clinical and administrative records regarding patient limitations/interventions, treatments, responses and progress to administered therapy as well as discharge summaries. Please contact us for more information. 913-952-0527
