What You’ll Do

• Deliver expert injectable treatments (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, skin boosters) with a focus on natural, high-impact results
• Educate patients with clarity and compassion, guiding them through personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with our founding team to shape protocols, refine offerings, and elevate the patient experience
• Embrace ongoing learning—laser or wellness experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate
• Help build a best-in-class practice by leading with your clinical expertise, professionalism, and patient rapport
• Play a key role in recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring future team members as the practice grows

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed NP or PA with active New Jersey credentials
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables
• Deep understanding of facial anatomy, product selection, and treatment planning
• A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to ethical, patient-first care
• Willingness to learn new modalities and contribute to a collaborative, high-standard environment
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
• Leadership qualities and a desire to help build a cohesive, empowered team
