What You'll Do

Manage a book of small commercial accounts, under $25k in revenue Navigate renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy servicing Support clients with coverage questions and claims advocacy Coordinate with carriers, producers, and teammates to deliver solutions Identify opportunities to strengthen coverage and client relationships Provide proactive, professional service that builds long-term trust What We're Looking For 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience 3 years of EPIC experience, strongly preferred Strong knowledge of small business insurance coverages Exceptional communication and client service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
