Quest Corporation of America is seeking an experienced, solutions\-driven Senior Full Stack Web Developer \& Web Team Lead to join our digital team. This is a hands\-on development role with day\-to\-day leadership responsibility for a small web team. The ideal candidate enjoys building reliable, accessible web solutions while keeping people, priorities, quality, and project delivery organized.

This role works across front\-end and back\-end development, APIs, databases, Drupal\-supported environments, accessibility, testing, deployment, and ongoing website maintenance.

In addition to contributing directly to development, this position coordinates developer assignments, monitors schedules and approved hours, supports quality control, and helps ensure projects move from requirements through launch and maintenance successfully.

**What You’ll Do**

**Hands\-On Web Development**

-----------------------------

• Build, enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot responsive websites, web applications, dashboards, portals, webforms, and digital tools.
• Develop front\-end functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks or libraries, with strong attention to responsive design and accessibility.
• Support back\-end development, application logic, databases, authentication, APIs, integrations, and secure data workflows.
• Connect websites and applications with third\-party systems such as project management platforms, CRMs, email/marketing tools, dashboards, mapping tools, and reporting systems.
• Support database queries, imports, exports, data connections, and structured data management.
• Troubleshoot bugs, broken integrations, performance issues, and user\-reported problems, and implement practical, maintainable solutions.
• Work within Git\-based development environments and support development, staging, testing, deployment, and release workflows.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for configurations, integrations, deployment steps, recurring maintenance, and troubleshooting.

**Web Team Leadership \& Project Delivery**

• Lead the day\-to\-day workflow of a small web development team, including full stack, Drupal, and accessibility resources.
• Assign and prioritize work based on project needs, deadlines, approved hours, staff capacity, and client commitments; establish clear owners and due dates.
• Monitor project status, identify roadblocks early, support problem\-solving, and escalate decisions or resource needs when appropriate.
• Coach team members, reinforce accountability and follow\-through, support knowledge transfer, and help maintain consistent development practices.
• Partner with project managers to develop practical estimates, confirm scope and schedules, and identify the impact of requested changes before out\-of\-scope work proceeds.
• Maintain accurate project information in Monday.com or similar project management systems, including assignments, milestones, dependencies, review dates, and approvals.
• Monitor project hours and team timekeeping, flag potential overruns or avoidable rework early, and help keep work aligned with approved budgets and schedules.

**Accessibility, Drupal \& Quality Control**

• Coordinate Drupal development and maintenance activities with the Drupal developer, including content structures, migrations, module updates, testing, and releases.
• Coordinate accessibility audits, remediation, retesting, and documentation in alignment with applicable client requirements and WCAG standards.
• Perform or oversee appropriate code review, functional testing, cross\-browser/device testing, accessibility checks, and pre\-launch quality control.
• Confirm identified defects are resolved or appropriately documented before release and help maintain consistent launch and handoff procedures.
• Support client training and accessible content guidance as needed, and maintain organized records for hosting, repositories, credentials, site ownership, and maintenance needs.

**What We’re Looking For**

==========================

• 5\+ years of professional full stack web development experience, with the ability and interest to remain hands\-on in development and troubleshooting.
• Experience leading or coordinating the work of developers, managing competing priorities, and keeping projects moving against schedules and commitments.
• Strong front\-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience with back\-end development, databases, REST APIs, authentication, third\-party integrations, and web application architecture.
• Working knowledge of technologies such as PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, .NET, Laravel, React, Vue, Angular, or comparable frameworks. We do not expect expertise in every technology listed.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of Drupal sufficient to coordinate development, maintenance, testing, and technical delivery with a Drupal developer.
• Practical understanding of WCAG and web accessibility testing/remediation, including collaboration with accessibility specialists.
• Comfort with Git, development/staging/production workflows, hosting environments, SSL, backups, cloud tools, and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Understanding of secure coding, access control, credential handling, form security, data protection, and general web security practices.
• Ability to estimate work, manage deadlines, monitor approved hours, document decisions, and communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non\-technical colleagues.
• Strong problem\-solving, organization, communication, documentation, and follow\-through.

**Helpful, But Not Required**

• Experience with public\-sector or other highly visible public\-facing websites.
• Monday.com boards, automations, API integrations, or similar workflow platforms.
• GIS or mapping integrations, CRM/marketing platforms, dashboards, portals, or automated deployment workflows.
• Experience supporting accessibility\-focused websites, remediation programs, or client accessibility training.
