Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to individuals of all ages with various conditions or disabilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as Physical Therapy, Speech therapists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on strategies for improving independence and daily functioning
Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in occupational therapy
- Knowledge of relevant therapy techniques and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Your premium expertise in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and discharge planning will be vital in supporting diverse populations, including those with disabilities and geriatrics. With a Bachelor and Master's degree and an Occupational Therapy License, you will contribute significantly to our commitment to patient-centered care and rehabilitation excellence.
