Quality Care & Love is seeking a dependable RN, NP, or LPN to provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care for a 7-year-old female in East Point, GA.

This position offers a consistent weekday afternoon schedule with 16 hours available each week.

Quick Case Overview

• Patient: 7-year-old female
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, needs help getting child off the bus
• Hours: 16 hours per week
• Primary Diagnoses: Cerebral palsy, global developmental delay, dysphagia, and feeding difficulties
• Primary Care Needs: G-tube care and feedings, medication administration, nutritional monitoring, positioning, and assistance with activities of daily living

About the Case

The patient is a young girl with complex medical and developmental needs who requires attentive, individualized nursing care in her home.

Nursing responsibilities include:

• Providing G-tube feedings and monitoring feeding tolerance
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitoring nutritional intake, hydration, and changes in condition
• Assisting with positioning, mobility, and personal care
• Monitoring skin integrity and maintaining patient comfort
• Recognizing and reporting changes in respiratory, gastrointestinal, or overall health status
• Maintaining accurate nursing documentation and communicating with the family and care team

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable nurse who is comfortable caring for medically complex children and can provide consistent afternoon coverage.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN, NP, or LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Pediatric, home health, or private duty nursing experience preferred
• Experience with G-tube care and enteral feedings preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability

Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM

16 hours per week

RN: Up to $50/hour

LPN: Up to $35/hour

NP: Compensation discussed individually

No mileage reimbursement.
