• PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, migrations and data loading
• AWS application deployment &troubleshooting across

classified partitions and regions

• Familiarity with EKS, Aurora, S3, IAM, VPC and KMS
• Terraform module development and maintenance
• Authentication integration using Keycloak, OIDC, SAML or CAC/PIV; secure token handling
• Secure development for

STIG-hardened, FIPS-validated environments

• GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
