JOB DESCRIPTION:

Senior Fabric + Copilot + Work IQ Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Fabric + Copilot + Work IQ Engineer to join an AI-focused project with an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing and building AI solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Copilot, along with excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Key Requirements:

• 12–15 years of overall IT experience.
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Copilot.
• At least 1 year of experience with Work IQ is highly preferred.
• Strong experience delivering AI projects using Fabric and Copilot is mandatory.
• Strong Data Engineering background with experience in Fabric is preferred.
• Ability to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and participate in both solution design and hands-on development.
• Semi-architect-level capabilities with strong problem-solving and technical design skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to confidently interact with and present solutions to senior client stakeholders.

A hands-on senior technical professional who combines AI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, and Data Engineering expertise with strong solution-design and client-facing capabilities.

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour

• WorkIQ: 1 year (Required)
• Microsoft Fabric: 3 years (Required)
• Copilot: 3 years (Required)
• Data Engineer: 10 years (Required)
