Qoppa Software is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Java Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Java programming skills, experience with object-oriented development, and the ability to build reliable and efficient software solutions.

In this role, you will contribute to application development, improve existing software functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with engineering team members to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable Java code.
• Develop and maintain application components and software libraries.
• Build and integrate APIs and backend services.
• Troubleshoot software defects and resolve technical issues.
• Improve application performance, stability, and reliability.
• Participate in software testing and debugging.
• Conduct code reviews and follow development standards.
• Collaborate with other developers on technical requirements.
• Maintain software documentation and development processes.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Java programming and object-oriented concepts.
• Experience with Java frameworks and application development.
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and database integration.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and software architecture.
• Experience with Git and development tools.
• Understanding of unit testing and debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
