Occupational Therapist

Puzzle Pieces is an Early Intervention program in NYC! We are approved to provide services in all 5 boroughs! We are currently offering competitive rates, and rates will be negotiable depending on experience in the specific service.

We are currently looking for professional, compassionate, & experienced Occupational Therapist who hold a NYS certification to provide home based Speech & language services

We currently offer our providers electronic billing, and documentation portal for convenience, as well as electronic signature options for TELEHEALTH SERVICES.

Responsibilities

• Work with Students 0 to 3 years old
• Travel to students' home or Day care.
• Provide Occupational Therapy services to eligible students!
• Daily Session notes
• Quarterly Progress reports
• Develop and implement individualized therapuetic services (IFSPs) for students'
• Create engaging lesson plans that accommodate the unique needs of each student.
• Provide instruction in various subjects, adapting therapy methods to meet students' diverse needs.
• Collaborate with parents, and other team members, to ensure students success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field
• State certification in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L)
• Strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff effectively.
• Ability to create and implement effective lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Skilled in tutoring students with diverse learning styles

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $65.00 per hour
