Landscape Operations Manager

Overview

As a Landscape Operations Manager, you’ll lead the crew in delivering dependable lawn care, landscaping, and grounds maintenance. You’ll communicate with the owner and property managers, oversee equipment and vehicle use, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently across outdoor sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee landscape maintenance, gardening, groundskeeping, and irrigation.
• Manage crew, assign work, and provide clear direction and on-site supervision.
• Coordinate irrigation management, including irrigation system upkeep and repairs.
• Oversee hardscape construction projects and other landscaping work from preparation through completion.
• Monitor work quality, maintenance needs, equipment operation, and company vehicle use.

Qualifications

• Supervising experience, team management, crew management, and leadership skills.
• 2+ years of landscape experience in a leadership role.
• Practical knowledge of lawn care, plant identification, horticulture, and landscape maintenance.
• Experience with hardscape work, construction projects, irrigation, and tree care.
• Outdoor work experience, including grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment operation.
• Strong organization and communication skills; able to balance changing priorities and maintain safe work practices.

$25-$30 per hour, based on experience.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
