Pueblo Medical Imaging (PMI) is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team!

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who knows how to build lasting relationships, identify opportunities for growth, lead marketing initiatives, and represent our organization with professionalism and enthusiasm!

What You'll Do ------------------

As our Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening our relationships throughout the Las Vegas healthcare community, increasing physician referrals, supporting our marketing team, and driving continued business growth.

Your responsibilities will include

Physician Relations & Business Development

• Build, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with referring physicians, medical practices, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.
• Visit physician offices, hospitals, and outpatient facilities throughout the Las Vegas Valley to promote PMI's diagnostic imaging services.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase physician referrals and patient volume.
• Serve as a professional, knowledgeable, and approachable representative of PMI within the medical community.
• Coordinate physician meetings, educational luncheons, and other relationship-building opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and develop new ones.

Marketing Strategy & Growth

• Analyze referral patterns, business volume, and statistical reports to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement targeted marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, strengthen physician relationships, and support revenue growth.
• Research, develop, and coordinate marketing materials, promotional items, and advertising initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand PMI's presence within the healthcare community.
• Monitor marketing activities and evaluate their effectiveness in supporting company objectives.

Marketing Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to marketing team members.
• Help maintain consistent marketing practices, productivity, and professionalism throughout the department.
• Support departmental goals and collaborate with leadership to improve marketing performance.
• Share best practices and help new team members develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
• Coordinate departmental activities and assist with special projects as needed.

Community Outreach & Events

• Plan, coordinate, and attend marketing events, physician luncheons, health fairs, and community outreach activities.
• Represent PMI at professional networking opportunities and healthcare-related events.
• Coordinate promotional materials and special appreciation initiatives for referring physician offices.
• Help strengthen PMI's reputation as a trusted diagnostic imaging provider throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Physician Support & Technology Coordination

• Assist referring physician offices with access to electronic health record (EHR) and PACS portals.
• Coordinate portal setup and provide support to ensure referring providers can access necessary imaging information.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements when handling patient information and physician access.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of previous marketing experience in a physician-based or healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with outpatient medical facilities, hospitals, or physician practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
• Professional, positive, and confident demeanor when interacting with physicians, office staff, healthcare partners, and colleagues.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office equipment.
• Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous radiology or diagnostic imaging marketing experience.
• Established relationships within the Las Vegas healthcare or physician community.
• Experience with physician referral development, territory management, or healthcare business development.
• Previous experience training, mentoring, or coordinating a marketing team.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.

Work Schedule & Expectations

---------------------------------

• Full-time, exempt position, generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as business needs require.
• Attendance at approximately 1–2 after-hours marketing or networking events per week.
• Significant local travel to physician offices, hospitals, outpatient facilities, and community events throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
• Ability to independently manage appointments, professional relationships, and daily marketing activities.
• Ability to transport promotional materials weighing up to approximately 15 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
