Responsibilities
- Effectively screens and evaluates patients with varying clinical needs and develops appropriate care plans following both state and federal regulatory standards.
- Utilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
- Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients along with improving the overall quality of life for those residents who are with us long term.
- Develop and support innovative therapy programs, pushing for new ways to deliver top quality care to our vulnerable population.
- Assesses patient’s progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of CO
- Support offered in transferring of license.
- This position is open to OTs at all experience levels.
