You may be the right fit for this role if you love being trusted to do your job well.

You are curious about how people work, live, and move through the world.

You enjoy helping a wide range of people, from athletes, to executives, to older adults with families who want the best care possible.

You value one\-on\-one care and time with your patients.

If that sounds like you, keep reading.

We are representing an established concierge physical therapy practice serving Manhattan. They are growing their team, and a highly independent, patient\-centered PT would be a great fit here. This is not traditional home health, no MC Part B or forms.

You will go to patients' offices, homes, gyms, or our convenient Midtown location, and provide focused one\-hour treatment sessions. Full time is about 20\-25 visits per week.

This is a strong fit for a PT who wants professional freedom, meaningful patient relationships, and a different kind of workday.

**What you’ll do**

  • Evaluate and treat patients using your best clinical judgment

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and families
  • Document on time
  • Represent the practice well in a wide range of real\-world environments

**Who will do well here? **

You are likely a strong candidate if you:

  • Have 2 or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience
  • Some neuro experience
  • Are polished, professional, and self\-directed
  • Communicate well with many kinds of people
  • Can build trust with your patients
  • Are organized enough to manage your own day and follow through consistently
  • Enjoy working independently without feeling isolated

Advanced certification, such as OCS, is a plus but not required.

Experience in any service\-oriented role before becoming a PT is also a real plus. This role requires more than clinical skill. It requires maturity, professionalism, and the ability to make people feel comfortable and cared for in their own spaces.

**About the practice**

This is a private concierge physical therapy practice in the New York City market with a strong focus on pain relief, balance, movement, and highly personalized care. Emphasis is on customized, one\-on\-one treatment, in\-home and on\-location convenience, and helping patients avoid the rushed feel of high\-volume clinics.

The practice also offers services that span orthopedic pain, post\-surgical rehab, Parkinson’s therapy, stroke rehab, fall prevention, balance retraining, and related neurologic concerns.

We are keeping the employer anonymous at this stage to protect the search and make sure all candidates go through the right process.
