Modern Sports Medicine is growing, and we're looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Tucson team.

We're building a different kind of outpatient practice—one where physical therapists aren't working in isolation and where your career doesn't have to stop at simply treating a full caseload.

Our model brings physical therapy, sports medicine, diagnostic ultrasound, and advanced musculoskeletal care together, giving our PTs access to resources and clinical collaboration that aren't available in a traditional PT clinic.

Diagnostic Ultrasound Track

Interested in becoming exceptional at musculoskeletal diagnosis?

Our Diagnostic Ultrasound Track provides hands-on education and mentorship in MSK ultrasound with the opportunity to work toward your RMSK/MSK ultrasound certification.

The goal is to help interested PTs develop a much deeper understanding of anatomy, pathology, and real-time musculoskeletal assessment.

Pelvic Health Track

Interested in pelvic health?

Modern Sports Medicine has a rapidly growing pelvic health program led by experienced regional clinical leaders.

You'll have access to our internal pelvic floor residency program, designed to develop the clinical skills and confidence necessary to become a high-level pelvic health provider.

You don't need to come to us already trained in pelvic health—we can help you build that expertise.

Clinic Leadership & Business Track

Maybe your long-term goal goes beyond clinical practice.

Our Clinic Leadership Track teaches PTs how to operate and grow a successful outpatient clinic, including:

• Team leadership and development
• Clinic operations
• Scheduling and utilization
• Patient experience
• Marketing and growth
• Financial performance
• Business fundamentals

Qualified Clinic Directors can also participate in clinic profit sharing, allowing you to directly benefit from the success of the clinic you help build.

For the right person, this can become a pathway from Physical Therapist → Clinic Director → healthcare business leader.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a PT who is:

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arizona
• Passionate about orthopedic and musculoskeletal care

• Comfortable working collaboratively with other healthcare providers
• Interested in continued clinical or professional development
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented

New graduates and experienced PTs are both encouraged to apply.
