About this role

Company and Position

Psychiatry of the Palm Beaches offers stable, salaried positions with full benefits in an upbeat office setting with a 5 star culture. Psychiatry of the Palm Beaches is a highly regarded psychiatry practice that is passionate about changing lives and good mental health.

We work well with new graduates and help teach you the skills needed to excel at outpatient psychiatry and fulfilling our mission of "Helping you live your best life!" We provide medication management and psychotherapy and take the time to know our patients, so that we can understand who they are and the situations they face. In life, we all need support, to be heard, a comforting presence, life coaching, and ways to cope.

We help our patients with all of these, as we work with them to help them overcome emotional issues and situations. We provide medication management and medical diagnoses; however, we believe that rewarding outcomes and impacting patient lives involves a combination of psychotherapy and medication management. Psychotherapy can be as simple as motivational interviewing, talk therapy, and CBT.

We offer a warm, supportive environment conducive to learning and improving skills in many aspects of psychiatry.
