Evaluate patients with orthopedic, neurological, and mobility\-related conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Improve strength, balance, gait, endurance, and overall functional mobility.
Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as needed.
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
New graduates welcome where applicable.
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, or post\-acute care preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
Foreign\-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent by the applicable credentialing organization.
