Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate

Physical Therapist (PT)

to join an established outpatient physical therapy practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for both

new graduates and experienced Physical Therapists

who enjoy hands-on care and want to make a meaningful impact on their patients' recovery and quality of life. Mentorship is available for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and established goals.
• Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and other appropriate treatment techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies for maintaining long-term results.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide a positive, professional, and welcoming patient experience.
• Develop strong therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Passion for patient care and helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
