Senior Product Manager
Prosigliere is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. You'll own the backlog, and day-to-day execution of a new subscription management platform on the coaching industry built around a specific customer profile — acting as the bridge between our customer’s team and the delivery team, ensuring things get defined, prioritized, and shipped.
What you'll be doing
- Owning the product backlog
— defining priorities, managing the backlog, and keeping stakeholders aligned around clear and actionable deliverables.
- Acting as Product Owner
— writing and refining user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and working hand-in-hand with engineering and design to ensure what gets built matches what was intended.
- Driving delivery
— keeping the team unblocked, managing dependencies, and making sure initiatives move from definition to launch with clarity and momentum.
- Deeply understanding the customer
— conducting research, analyzing data, and gathering insights to identify pain points and opportunities specific to the target customer profile.
- Being the day-to-day client liaison
— translating business needs into product decisions and keeping the client informed, aligned, and confident in the process.
- Partnering cross-functionally
— with design, engineering, and analytics to monitor progress, measure success, and continuously improve the product.
What you should have
- Experience
— 4+ years in product management, as a product manager or product owner with a strong sense of requirements gathering.
- Product Owner mindset
— hands-on experience managing backlogs, running sprints, and working within agile delivery frameworks.
- Strategic thinker
— able to balance long-term vision with short-term execution and prioritize effectively under real constraints.
- Data-driven
— strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Excellent communicator
— able to clearly articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and keep both clients and delivery teams on the same page.
- Bias for action
— proactive and entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
Bonus Points
- Experience in subscription management systems, payment gateways and financial reporting.
- Experience working in a consulting or staff augmentation environment.
- A passion for simplifying complex systems for end users.
Why join Prosigliere?
- Impact
— work on meaningful products that shape how financial services are administered for a specific, underserved customer profile.
- Ownership
— this isn't a support role. You'll have real ownership over roadmap and delivery from day one.
- Growth
— be part of a growing team with opportunities to take on more responsibility as we scale.
- Culture
— join a collaborative, mission-driven team that values curiosity, craft, and getting things done right.
