Physical Therapist — Orthopedics & Sports

PROMPT Physical Therapy and Performance is an outpatient sports and orthopedic clinic in Knoxville built to get people back to what they love, with objective testing, intentional strength training, specific exercise, and manual therapy. This has been our biggest year of growth.

We are the Official PT and Performance Partner of One Knoxville SC, with a full performance testing lab that guides how we evaluate and progress every patient.

New grads and experienced PTs welcome. You start with a full year of structured mentorship, built on our written clinical standard, and weekly mentoring keeps going after year one. We're looking for one PT who wants to grow inside that system.

Pay: $71,000 to $90,000 a year. Full-time, in person in Knoxville, TN.

How we invest in you

• A full VALD testing lab to guide data-informed care
• One-on-one care with athletes and active adults, from pain to performance
• Work alongside One Knoxville SC as their Official PT and Performance Partner
• Support to build your own niche and shape your role around what you love
• A $1,500 continuing education budget (more for specialty programs)

What you will do

• Evaluate each patient and build an individualized plan
• Use objective testing technology to inform your clinical reasoning
• Treat with intentional strength training, specific exercise, and manual therapy
• Guide return-to-sport decisions with clear criteria and patient education
• Work with physicians and other providers

Who we're looking for

You're hungry to learn and want to use testing data at a high level. You have strong clinical reasoning and put patients first. You want to work in orthopedics and sports.

Requirements

• A degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• A Tennessee PT license, or a clear date when you will have one
• Able to start in Knoxville by about February 1, 2027

Schedule

Monday to Friday. 40 hour weeks with schedule flexibility, 8 or 10 hour shifts.
