Clinical Manager - Registered Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Registered Nurse to lead our hospital-based outpatient wound care center. The Clinical Manager oversees day-to-day clinic operations, coordinates the multidisciplinary treatment team, and ensures every patient receives evidence-based, high-quality wound care.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, schedule, and support clinical staff, including nurses, technicians, and hyperbaric personnel, in partnership with physicians and advanced practice providers
• Coordinate treatment plans and patient flow to deliver timely, consistent, and compassionate care
• Uphold clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and infection control practices
• Monitor quality outcomes such as healing rates and patient satisfaction, and lead improvement initiatives
• Drive operational efficiency through sound staffing, supply management, and documentation accuracy
• Serve as the primary liaison between the wound center, hospital leadership, and referring providers

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license (BSN preferred)
• 2+ years of wound care experience; leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Wound care certification (CWS, CWCN, or WCC) preferred or obtained within 12 months of hire
• BLS required; hyperbaric experience a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
• Preferred: Familiarity with Epic, ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding, utilization management, and case management.
• Required: Knowledge of nursing policy compliance, medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and relevant healthcare regulations.

Pay: $89,100.00 - $108,000.00 per year
