As an IT manager within the Customer Data Solutions organization, you'll manage a team responsible for delivering and supporting critical Customer Hub capabilities that enable strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
In this role you'll play a key leadership role in Customer Hub Reimagined program by aligning the Service Management team to implementation activities, providing operational readiness and support expertise, developing the skills needed to support the future platform, and influencing decisions that impact long-term supportability and operational success.
You'll influence and support transformational efforts to shape the future of customer data across the enterprise. You'll also coach and develop team members, build strong partnerships with business and technology collaborators and deliver value across a portfolio of enterprise initiatives, run-the-business priorities, and discretionary enhancements.
This an remote position with occasional travel to an office for an meeting/and or training
Minimum qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 1 year of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
Preferred skills
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build trusted partnerships with peer managers, business partners, architects, and enterprise stakeholders to align priorities, influence decisions, and deliver business outcomes.
- Proven talent development experience, including managing, coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and building high-performing, inclusive teams capable of supporting both operational excellence and strategic transformation.
- Experience leading service management or delivery teams, with a demonstrated track record of supporting large-scale technology initiatives and delivering reliable business capabilities.
- Experience applying Lean and AI practices to drive continuous improvement, increase team effectiveness, reduce toil, and accelerate delivery outcomes.
Compensation
- $148,000 - $170,000/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
