Product Manager

An established manufacturer of industrial products is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own strategy, profitability, and new product development for assigned product categories, including expansion into new categories.

What you'll do

• Build 3–5 year strategic plans and annual business plans for your categories
• Own revenue and margin targets, pricing, and product roadmaps
• Run end-user research and turn insights into business cases for new products
• Lead launches with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and sales
• Shape channel strategy with sales teams through line reviews and customer planning

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree (MBA strongly preferred)
• 6+ years of product management in consumer durables or manufactured goods, sold through multiple channels
• Track record of new product launches and P&L ownership
• Industrial or safety product experience preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• 20–30% travel (domestic and international)
• US work authorization
