Proactive Clinical Partners is seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner to provide care in skilled nursing facilities in the New Castle area. Our model allows providers to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians to deliver high-quality care to geriatric patients.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Active Indiana Nurse Practitioner license
• Experience in acute, post-acute, or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
