Compensation & Benefits

• Annual earnings based on volume, $100,000 to $125,000 per year with a full schedule of evaluations
• Competitive compensation for all additional visit types
• Flexible schedule, Monday through Friday, you choose your availability
• Coverage area: Lake Worth to Riviera Beach, including West Palm Beach
• Bi-weekly pay

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing network of clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations in the home setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals and functional needs.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to adult and geriatric patients.
• Complete documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility, safety, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare guidelines and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• Current CPR Certification
• Reliable transportation
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Home health experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while providing high-quality patient care
