Specialty: Women's Health Advanced Practice Provider (WHNP, PA-C, or CNM)

Location: Fairfax & Springfield/Alexandria, VA (Northern Virginia)

Schedule: Full-Time | 4.5-Day Workweek

Fairfax Gynecology Group is a female-owned, independent private practice expanding its established footprint across Northern Virginia. Built on collegial physician-APP collaboration, the practice delivers patient-centered gynecologic care while structurally safeguarding provider well-being through intentional operational design.

• Comprehensive Clinical Scope: Deliver high-quality, outpatient-only gynecologic care, spanning routine wellness, contraception, menopause management, and hands-on procedural work including IUD and Nexplanon placements.
• Physician-Led, Collaborative Culture: Practice alongside experienced, supportive medical team that values your clinical voice, autonomy, and shared decision-making.
• Turnkey Operational Relief & AI Technology: Experience exceptional practice efficiency supported by dedicated 1:1 MAs, a dedicated triage team managing all patient portal inboxes and integrated AI ambient scribing.
• Work-Life Balance: Finish clinic by 3:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch, and light 1:6 call, with minimal emergency hospital call-ins.
• Compensation and Benefits: Highly competitive base salary paired with generous productivity bonuses, alongside comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with contribution, CME allowance, and extensive paid time off.
