Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on bringing in new clients for our plane interior detailing service in the Metro Atlanta area. This remote and field-based role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to generate business and earn commissions through client acquisition.

The ideal candidate is a hungry sales hunter with a passion for aviation and customer service, ready to build relationships and grow our client base.

Duties

• Identify and pursue potential clients within the aviation industry in the Metro Atlanta region.
• Actively reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, or in-person meetings to promote our plane interior detailing services.
• Secure new bookings by effectively communicating the value of our services and closing sales.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Track sales activities, leads, and conversions to optimize outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to develop sales approaches tailored to the aviation sector.
• Receive cash bonuses of ($100-$300) each time a client you brought in books a job with us, incentivizing ongoing prospecting efforts.

Skills

• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales within a B2B or service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients in the aviation industry.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and field-based setting while managing your own schedule.
• Knowledge of or interest in aviation or aircraft-related services is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable with commission-based compensation structure and motivated by performance incentives.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
