**Position Overview**

Princeton Staffing Solutions is hiring a **licensed Physical Therapist (PT)** to provide therapy services to students in a **school\-based special education setting**. The ideal candidate will have experience with pediatric or school\-aged populations and be passionate about helping students improve functional mobility and gross motor skills within educational environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

Assess and evaluate students' **gross motor and physical development** related to accessing the educational curriculum

Develop and implement **individualized physical therapy plans** to address each student's unique needs

Participate in **Individualized Education Program (IEP)** meetings and contribute to goal development

Utilize **adaptive equipment** and assistive technologies to support students with physical and cognitive disabilities

Collaborate with **teachers, special education staff, and parents** to promote carryover of therapy goals across settings

Monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Ensure compliance with **school district guidelines and state practice regulations**

**Required Qualifications**

Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an **accredited PT program**

Valid **state licensure** as a Physical Therapist (PT)

Educational/Teacher Certification if required by the state Department of Education

School\-based or pediatric clinical experience strongly preferred
