Responsibilities

• The Corporate / Subrogation Attorney will supervise two associates, manage a portfolio of recovery and subrogation cases, and general corporate legal matters.
• You’ll oversee case resolution strategy, direct negotiations, and coordinate with insurance carriers, legal counsel, and internal departments to achieve optimal outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• REQUIRED: Knowledge Willingness to learn of the trucking/transportation industry preferred.
• Experience, Education, and Training Juris Doctor (JD), active bar admission in Missouri.
• Experience in collections, insurance recovery, or commercial claims preferred.
