About this role
We foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement, where exceptional patient care and high clinical standards are the expectation.
Established medical practice seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to manage a continuing telehealth patient panel across multiple Western states.
Required
- Active, unencumbered APRN license with prescriptive authority in UT
- Current ANCC or AANP board certification (Family or Adult-Gerontology)
- Active DEA registration
- No board actions, practice restrictions, or malpractice judgments
Strongly Preferred
- Licensed in 2+ of the following states; CO, MT, ID, AZ, or WA — heavily preferred
- DEA/state controlled-substance registrations already in place
- 3+ years independent prescribing experience
- Experience managing an ongoing telehealth patient panel
- Men's health, TRT, or hormone-therapy experience
Flexible, predictable scheduling: You’ll establish a consistent weekly schedule that works for you, and we’ll build patient scheduling around your availability. Whether you have one dedicated day each week or a broader schedule, we’re flexible on when you work as long as your agreed-upon hours remain consistent. We pay you for every hour you work, including charting and notes.
No in person hours required.
This is not a payment per visit job. All hours blocked off are compensated for, including a daily allotment for charting and prescriptions.
We Pay for Additional Licensing.
You do not need to be licensed in every state we serve.
We cover all additional state licenses, DEA registrations, controlled-substance registrations, and renewals, plus your paid time completing applications.
If you join us licensed in two states and we need you in five, we fund the expansion.
To apply
Submit your CV/resume with your current state licenses, DEA status, and relevant telehealth or hormone-therapy experience. Applications that do not answer required questions or have a resume will be dismissed.
